At K9 Design Pet Grooming, we value our groomers’ time and understand that cancellations may happen unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
A $25 fee will be charged to your card on file for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, and a $5 fee will apply for every 15 minutes you are late.
To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least one business day in advance; Monday appointments must be changed by Friday, and appointments after holidays must be canceled on our last open day before the holiday.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and we are closed on weekends and holidays. Each groomer works on commission, so cancellations impact their income, making it necessary for us to enforce these policies. Thank you for your understanding!
